There is no office and no call centre. Messages come to my phone, and I answer them myself.

Response time: Usually within a day. I am on Madagascar time, UTC+3 — three hours ahead of London in winter, and mornings here are the middle of the night in North America.
When I am slow: On the river and inside the park there is no signal. If I am in the field it can be a day or two before I read your message. It is not lost, and I will answer.
