Who runs this site
Bien Tsingy Expedition, a travel agency owned and operated by Astani Ringo in Belo sur Tsiribihina, Madagascar. Write to hello@bientsingy-expedition.com about anything on this page.
What is collected
Only what you type into a form: your name, email, country, travel dates, number of travellers, interests, budget range and your message. Review forms also collect a rating, the journey you took and the month and year you travelled.
Why
To answer you and to plan your trip. Reviews are published on the Reviews page after Astani has read them — with your name, country, rating, journey and travel date, never your email address.
Where it is stored
In a hosted database used only by this site. Astani is the only person with access. Nothing is sold, rented, or passed to advertisers.
Who else sees it
Only the people needed to run your trip — the driver, a lodge holding your booking, the national park for permit names. Nobody else.
How long
Inquiries are kept for three years so that we can pick up an old conversation. Published reviews stay until you ask for them to be removed.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. One local storage entry remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice. That is all.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it all to be deleted. Email hello@bientsingy-expedition.com and it will be done within thirty days.
